NO EXCUSES

OK!!!! I know I haven't blogged in a while. I just felt discouraged and a lot of other things came up. I must say that I missed blogging! Anyway, I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm cleansing today, woo hoooo!!!! I've tried the last two days to cleanse, third time is a charm, right? Also, our computer is broke, so I'm not so sure how often I'll be able to blog. But I'll do my best, I promise.
Good news are that right now I am wearing my jeans that I wore before I got pregnant!!!! It's awesome!!!
The bad news are that my wrist is sooo messed up and I can barely type. It's hurting really bad from typing right now.

Here is a pick for you all to feel bad for me :) Back to cleansing.....so I'm feeling awesome! I was a little hungry but I had an IsaDelight and it was ohhh sooo good!!!! I will try to blog later today or tomorrow and let you know how it went!!!!

Day #3

Today was quite the day....Last night I made the mistake to let Nico sleep with me. David left to go out of town to sell. If you're looking for a job and good at selling let me know, we can hook you up! :) Anyway, so Nico and I put on Pearl Harbor, hugged each other and fell asleep, just how we like it! This morning he woke me up at like 5:30am pulling on my hair and talking like he does every morning. I just NEED my sleep, that's all!!!! It wasn't till then that I started to really appreciate my husband's help and all he does for me. I miss him! Sooo, other than that it was a pretty good day! I got to see my Isabuddies (minus Amanda, wish she wasn't MIA anymore) Nathalie and Sarah. We all went to visit my beautiful friend Becky to talk to her and her hubby about ISAGENIX! It was fun to spend a little bit of time with everyone! After, I came to my parents' to spend the night. It's been a long day for Nico and I, especially since he has been so fussy today.

Here's how today went:
Breakfast: Isagenix Shake, IsaPro, Essentials and Antioxidants
Lunch: Chicken Sandwhich on whole wheat bread and veggies. No dressing.
Snack: 1/2 IsaLean Bar
Dinner: Pastel de Papa with a little bit of salad.

Can't wait for David to come home so our schedules can go back to normal. G'night!!!

Day #2

Today I'm grateful for....
my beautiful boy, he makes me sooo happy!

Today was not my best day. I did something really dumb yesterday...David wanted me to try this supplement called N.O. Shotgun to see if I would like it. It contains caffeine and it makes it so you have more energy and a better work out. Well, I can't remember when the last time I had caffeine was, you can just imagine what it did to me! I was EXTREMELY chatty and I the whole night I was having thinking on how I could help EVERYONE!!! I did cycling and zumba and thought I was going to sleep like a baby. I ended up falling asleep at like 1 am, woke up at 3 am and couldn't go back to sleep so I decided to go downstairs and watch 50 First Dates. I was able to go back to sleep at like 6 am and slept (on and off) till 9 am. It just threw my whole day off, yuck! The good news is that I didn't cheat or anything today! Tomorrow will be an awesome day!

Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast: IsaLean Bar (260 cal)
Lunch: Cobb Salad with a little bit of Bleu Cheese Dressing (300 cal)
Snack: Cobb Salad with NO dressing, the left overs (150 cal)
Dinner: Isagenix Shake (240 cal)
Didn't really have much of an appetite today.

The Total Health & Wellness System DAY #1

My bestie, Amanda and I started doing ISAGENIX almost at the same time. She had an AWESOME idea to start a blog and report what she had eaten that day and what not. I just kept track of what I was eating on my phone, so if I cheated no one would know but me. BAD IDEA!!!! Needless to say, I cheated kind of a lot, but still lost weight the first time I did ISAGENIX.
I started today, again, after I got done with my 30 day program. This time I decided to do The Total Health and Wellness System and that's what I will be blogging about.
This is what you will find: how many hours of sleep I've had, How much water I've had, what I did for my work out, what I'm thankful for and what I had to eat or drink that day. Help me stay in track and lose ALL my baby weight!!!! Feel FREE to get mad at me if I cheat!!! :)


Like I said at the beginning, today is my first day doing this system. It comes with a 30 day supply, which I LOVE!!! I need to get rid of this gross baby fat! I'm going to be honest and tell you that I don't have much patience with writing. I like short posts, so if you want to know more about what this system brings shoot me a message and I'll be gladly to tell you!
I've been able to tell a HUGE difference today after my shake this morning. I've had so much more energy already! Last week I was feeling so crappy and didn't have any energy at all. Today has been an amazing day for me! So here it goes...

Hours Slept:

How I am feeling today:
GOOD!

Ounces of water:
50oz (I'm not good at drinking water, but I'll get there)

Workout:
45 min of Cycling with the BEST instructor, Nathalie, she kicked my butt!
1 hr of Zumba

For breakfast I had my IsaLean Shake with one scoop of IsaPro (260 cal) For lunch I had Chicken Enchiladas by Smart Ones (290 cal) and it was gross and spicy! Then I did something HORRIBLE!!! I had my very last ice cream (330 cal) I promise! For my snack I had half of a IsaLean bar (130 cal) and for dinner I had the IsaLean Shake with one scoop of IsaPro. I feel amazing! Anyway, I feel like I'm not very good at blogging but I PROMISE I will get better as time goes on. I LOVE ISAGENIX AND THAT'S ALL IT MATTERS :) Good night everyone!!!!!!
